• For stays without prior reservations, prices and conditions of the valid reception price list apply

• For services which have not been used, no refunds are possible

Reservation warranty:

• A valid credit card is required only as a guarantee and will not be charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted credit cards and payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Maestro.
• Your personal information, as well as your credit card details, are fully protected. Data transfer takes place via a secure server. The booking server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transmit your personal data.
• If you do not have a credit card, you can guarantee your stay by paying a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the arrangement. The deposit must be paid by the due date specified in the offer.
• You can modify your reservation via the link in the reservation email or cancel it up to 7 days before arrival, free of charge.
• In case of cancellation 14-0 days before arrival or no-show, the amount for one night will be charged.
• The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card for any unpaid accommodation costs and potential additional charges of 100.00 EUR per room.
• The final settlement and payment for services are made at the reception at the time of departure.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify the reservation if there has been abuse of the reservation system or if it was made due to an obvious user error.
• We hold the reservation until 9:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Prices include: 13.00% VAT.
• Prices do not include the tourist tax and a one-time reservation fee (1.00 EUR).
