Reservation warranty:

- A 100% payment of the reservation value via a valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation. We will charge your credit card for the total amount of the stay.

- Accepted credit cards and payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Maestro. In case of a failed or unsuccessful transaction, your reservation may be canceled.

- The reservation cannot be canceled. Changing the stay date is possible within the current year, according to the valid price list at the time of the change.

- Your personal data, as well as your credit card information, are fully protected. Data transfer is carried out via a secure server. The reservation server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transmit your personal data.

- The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify the reservation if there has been abuse of the reservation system or if it was made due to an obvious user error.

- We hold the reservation until 9:00 PM on the day of arrival.

- Prices include: 13.00% VAT.

- Prices do not include the tourist tax and a one-time reservation fee (2.00 EUR).
