General booking terms and conditions

If you book your stay using Ilirija Resort Online Booking Service or Ilirija Resort Booking Center, we guarantee you the best price. Lowest online price guarantee

Type of service: half board / full board / bed and breakfast
Included in the price: Buffet breakfast and dinner (possibility of full board and bed and breakfast with extra charge or discount), use of wellness (1 time during the stay), indoor and outdoor pool, children's club (entertainment and babysitting from 15 June -15 September).

The VILLA PRIMORJE/ RAŽNJEVIĆA DVORI A.D. 1307 rental price includes the following: breakfast, bed linen, towels, power and water consumption costs, cooking and eating appliances, weekly bedding change and final cleaning, parking space.

The stay with no reservation booking will be charged according to the current price list available.

BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (depending on the selected price list):

STAY LONGER, PAY LESS’ PRICE LIST:

• 10 to 20 percent discount compared to standard price lists.
• Requires a minimum number of stays
• No advance payment, card required only to confirm the reservation
• Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival
  If cancellations are made 15-20 days before the arrival date, 10 percent of total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  If cancellations are made 8-14 days before the arrival date, 20 percent of total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  If cancellations are made 0-7 days before the arrival date, 100 percent of total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

REGULAR PRICE LIST

• Free-of-charge booking cancellation
• You can cancel your reservation online no later than 24 hours before your arrival date.
• You must provide a credit card as a booking guarantee. We take credit card information as a booking guarantee. A credit card is required as a guarantee of arrival.
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival, 100 percent of the booking will be charged.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

1. CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE:

• a valid credit card is only required as a guarantee and will not be charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
• in case of the deposit payment by credit card, the required amount will be charged immediately.The rest of the booking amount is paid upon arrival at the reception desk.
• You can pay with cash in euros according to the current exchange rate on the day of payment or your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners) according to the current exchange rate on the day of the payment as one-time payment or in installments (MasterCard RBA, Visa RBA, Visa Premium and Diners) in 2-6 installments
• We wish to inform you that the amount charged to your credit card will be in euros. Your bank will then convert the specific amount to the currency on your current account. Depending on your bank's exchange rate, the total amount may vary (the final amount may be higher) in relation to the amount expressed in euros.
• The final billing and service charging will be performed at the hotel reception desk upon checkout.
• Your personal data, as well as your credit card information, are fully protected. Data transfer is carried out through a security server.
  Reservation server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transfer your personal data.

2. ADVANCE PAYMENT GUARANTEE:

• If you do not have a credit card, you can guarantee your reservation by advance payment amounting to 30% of the total package amount. The deposit must be paid by the due date specified in the offer.

CHECK IN

• Check in at the reception desk from 02:00 p.m.
• Check out at the reception desk to 10:00 a.m.
• When checking in, please confirm your reservation date.
• In case of overbooking, the hotel reserves the right to transfer the guests to another equal or higher category facility.
• The hotel facility reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the purpose of potential additional costs.

SUPPLEMENTS/DEDUCTIONS

• Tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to 1,50 EUR for Biograd/ Sv. Filip i Jakov per person per day
• Registration: 1.00 EUR one-off payment per person, per reservation
• Deduction for the overnight stay with breakfast from the half-board price amounts to 3,00 EUR per person per day
• Baby crib: 8.00 EUR per day

• Parking space at ILIRIJA RESORT/Biograd na Moru (Hotel Kornati, Hotel Ilirija, Hotel Adriatic), passenger car:

Hotel parking space I (next to the hotel): 10.00 EUR per day
Hotel parking space II (150 m away from the hotel): 8.00 EUR per day

• Parking space at Villa Donat Hotel (Sv. Filip i Jakov), passenger car:

• Pets: 20.00 EUR per day

Pets must have a health certificate. By confirming your reservation, you automatically assume full responsibility for your pet.
