Becoming a member is easy:
- By registering on our website, you become an online member of the Ilirija Club and unlock accommodation discounts, available automatically upon joining or logging in to your profile on ilirijabiograd.com.
- Upon check-in at the reception, by completing a dedicated form through which you give consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, as well as consent for membership in the Ilirija Club during your stay.
- Your membership remains valid until you decide to cancel it yourself*.
You will receive your Ilirija Club loyalty card at the reception desk. The card allows you to enjoy exclusive discounts at selected food & beverage outlets during your stay. It is valid only for the duration of your stay and must be returned on the day of departure. For each new stay at Ilirija properties, a new Ilirija Club card will be issued.

All consumption within Ilirija Club facilities is charged to your accommodation unit and settled via a deposit or credit card pre-authorization, provided upon arrival. This includes minibar, room service, wellness services, excursions, bike rental, car rental and other services offered by Ilirija d.d.

Services can be booked directly at the reception or via the reception email of your accommodation facility. Each service will be confirmed with your signature and added to your accommodation bill.

If no deposit or pre-authorization is provided, you may still use Ilirija Club benefits, but payments must be made on-site by cash or card.
