Wild asparagus harvest on an organic farm
After you had breakfast and coffee we take you to the agricultural cooperative ‘’Olive & Wine’’ in a little village called Tinj not far from Biograd.
Prosciutto, cheese, figs, olive oil and wine will be offered to welcome you, following which we will go and pick asparagus, a wild perennial Mediterranean plant with a millennial culinary tradition and a reputation for being among the healthiest of food, rich in nutritive value and used for detoxification. After the harvest we will return to the estate and inspect the oil mill and the winery. Should the guests choose not to participate in harvesting, they can stay on the estate where they can carry out light-work activities.
Lunch will be served at the estate's viewpoint giving a beautiful panoramic view of the entire plantation of olives, grapes, and figs. Lunch will include homemade fresh-picked asparagus meals, grilled meat or fish with a side dish, salad, and unlimited wine. We will return to Biograd at the agreed time.
