Olive and wine harvest on an organic farm

After you had breakfast and coffee we take you to the agricultural cooperative ‘’Olive & Wine’’ in a little village called Tinj not far from Biograd, the biggest organic olive grove in this area whose complex includes an olive mill, vineyards, a winery, fig trees and a fig drier. Prosciutto, cheese, figs, olive oil and wine will be offered to welcome you, following which you will be instructed by expert olive/grape pickers and given appropriate tools. The harvest of this, by Mediterranean standards ''sacred'', crop should take approximately two hours.

After the harvest you will be given a tour of the olive mill and winery and then lunch will be served at the estate's viewpoint giving a beautiful panoramic view of the entire plantation. Lunch will include grilled meat or fish with a side dish, salad and unlimited wine. All participants of the harvest will receive an appropriate gift for their effort.

Group tour (min. 20 people) available from September to October (grapes) / October to November (olives).
