KITCHEN SHIFT SUPERVISOR (M/F) – several positions
Job description:
- Ability to independently manage and supervise kitchen work processes and lead a kitchen shift
- Assisting the Head Chef in organizing kitchen operations and replacing them during absence
- Independent preparation of dishes and quality control during service in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Ordering and receiving goods according to the Head Chef’s instructions
- Training and onboarding new and less experienced employees
- Monitoring cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment in accordance with existing standards
- Performing other duties in accordance with the employment contract and instructions of superiors
Requirements:
- Vocational qualification as a cook
- Minimum of one year of experience in similar positions
- Independence, strong leadership skills, attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, and team orientation
